How To Measure
FAQ: How to Measure Your Walls for Wallpaper
Q: How do I measure my wall to order the correct amount of wallpaper panels?
To ensure a perfect fit and avoid running short, follow these simple steps to measure your wall for wallpaper panels:
1. Measure the Width of Your Wall (Left to Right)
-
Use a tape measure to measure your wall from left to right, in inches.
-
Each wallpaper panel is 25 inches wide.
-
Divide your total wall width (in inches) by 25 to determine the number of panels you need.
Example:
If your wall is 100 inches wide:
100 ÷ 25 = 4 panels
💡 Always round up to the next whole number if you get a decimal.
For example, 102 inches ÷ 25 = 4.08 → order 5 panels.
2. Measure the Height of Your Wall (Floor to Ceiling)
-
Measure from the floor to the ceiling in feet.
-
Our panels are available in standard heights: 8', 10', 12', and 14'.
-
Round up to the nearest foot to determine the correct panel height for your wall.
Example:
If your wall is 9’ 4” tall, round up to 10 feet → you will need 10-foot panels.
3. Summary of What You’ll Need to Know When Ordering
